Join Christine Brown, twin Mom and Certified Child Sleep Consultant at Bella Luna Sleep Consulting. During the presentation, she will share knowledge, tips and tricks on developing healthy sleep habits in your little ones, including creating the right sleep environment, creating a bedtime routine, catching the sleep wave and she will review how much sleep your children should be getting based on their age.  There will be plenty of time for Q&A.

You Do What? What is a Doula?  How can they help?

Join Acelleron Maternal Health & Wellness

This presentation will discuss how OBs, midwives, nurses, and doulas can work together to create a positive birth experience for a laboring mom.  The discussion will include how doulas can work with the mom, her family, and her medical team to create the ideal level of support.  Q&A will follow the presentation.

Brooke Rogers

Brooke has been serving families on the North Shore since 2012, both as a labor and postpartum doula and facilitating new mother support groups. She has experience working with first time mothers as well as families with many children, single mothers, working mothers, and mothers who have struggles with postpartum depression and anxiety.
